Program Detail​s

Important Notice: Programs may be cancelled due to inclement weather conditions. Participants that have registered will be contacted if the program is cancelled.

  • Participants ages ten (10) and under must be accompanied by a parent/guardian who can maintain visual supervision of their participant at all times; if the parent/guardian wishes to participate, they must register into the program. Parents/guardians are recommended to be on site for youth ages 11 to 13 years.
  • Please refer to each program description for age group specifications.
  • Participants are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes before the program start time in order to check-in and complete an individual warm-up to help avoid injury.


  • Participants are encouraged to bring a towel, mat, and water.
  • Comfortable workout attire and athletic footwear is recommended. ​
  • Please dress according to the weather.​

How to Register

  • Register for FREE Fitness in the Park online​ using an existing or new City of Brampton Recreation registration account.
  • View a step-by-step guide on how to set-up a new account or register for a program.
  • Should you have questions, please email our team at recreation@brampton.ca ​for support. Alternatively, residents are encouraged to call 311 for registration support.
  • Reservations open 3 days in advance for residents and 24 hours in advance for non-residents.​
  • If space is available, walk-in registrations will be accommodated.


​Please note that participants who have not arrived within 15 minutes after the program start time may have their spot forfeited to another participant.
