BRAMPTON, ON (April 16, 2025) – Mayor Patrick Brown is proud to announce the return of the Brampton Charity Golf Tournament. Now in its second year, the event brings together residents, golf enthusiasts and the business community for a day on the course in support of local causes.
More than just a celebration of sport, the tournament is an opportunity to give back to the community. In 2024, $300,000 was raised in support of The Brampton Sports Alliance, The Warm Initiative, The Knights Table, Families of Virtue, ReGeneration and Wellspring Chinguacousy Cancer Centre.
For 2025, charities and groups have once again been selected by Council, with a focus on enhancing quality of life in Brampton. This year’s recipients include The Brampton Sports Alliance, Precious Women’s Shelter, Revive, On Route to Success, The Journey Neighbourhood Centre and Khalsa Aid.
Proceeds from the event will go towards local charities and organizations selected by Council ward pairs. Credit: the City of Brampton
