The award recognizes the City’s Inclusive Customer Service Program and E-learning initiative as an outstanding achievement.
Designed for use by all City staff, volunteers and contractors, the e-learning program is a 45 minute self-paced lesson available online. The program addresses legislated responsibilities, outlines the City’s commitment to providing increased opportunities, inclusion and dignity for people of all ages and abilities, and provides useful tools and information for providing inclusive customer service.
