Born from the success of a City of Brampton-supported short film, Façade is evolving into a powerful feature-length production that promises to peel back the layers of youth experience with unflinching honesty and artistic vision. This satirical exploration delves deep into the complex world of young people, exposing the often-painful gap between their carefully curated public personas and their authentic selves. Façade is more than a film - it's a mirror held up to a generation, reflecting their deepest fears, hopes, and the universal longing for acceptance. By harnessing the raw talent and lived experiences of young filmmakers, this project will create a visceral, authentic portrait that resonates far beyond the screen, sparking crucial conversations about mental health, identity, and the power of embracing our true selves.
