This exhibition space is funded by the City of Brampton and is part of the Exhibition Support Program. This is an initiative designed to support local artists by providing opportunities to exhibit their artworks.

Trails and Pathways Program

Trails and Pathways is a series of site-specific, temporary art installations within the City of Brampton’s public parks and trails. Trails and Pathways responds to a Council directive for city-wide neighbourhood beautification and speaks to a need for meaningful, neighbourhood-level, placemaking and community arts engagement.

BOXED

Launched in 2021, the Brampton BOXED program commissions local artists to create artwork that is installed on traffic control boxes throughout the city. Since its inception, the program has wrapped 44 traffic control boxes with original artwork and engaged 43 local artists in paid public art opportunities! This project highlights Brampton's voices and aims to reflect the city's diverse population, explore artists' personal connections to Brampton, and capture the spirit and stories of the community. The Brampton BOXED program aims to support emerging artists and build their public art portfolios.
