Each year, the Parks department hosts a number of clean-up initiatives throughout the City as we enter the spring/summer season running from April 1 to November 1. The program helps remove litter that has accumulated in our parks and aims to maintain healthy, vibrant spaces. Last year, the program saw 40,000+ participants and offers a variety of ways to get involved, including self-led clean-ups, community clean-up events, and school clean-ups.
