Advance Brampton Fund

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​The City of Brampton is pleased to announce that applications for the 2027 Advance Brampton Fund (ABF) will open on Monday, November 2, 2026, and close on Monday, November 30, 2026.

To help organizations prepare, the City is pleased to offer virtual and in-person information sessions, along with grant writing and non-profit development workshops in partnership with Toronto Met​ropolitan University.

Learn about the fund, eligibility requirements, funding priorities and application process. These sessions are also an opportunity to ask questions before applying.

Grant Writing and Non-Profit Development Workshops

In partnership with Toronto Metropolitan University, the City is offering workshops to help non-profit organizations strengthen their skills, build organizational capacity and prepare for grant applications.

All workshops begin at 7 PM and take place virtually on Zoom.

About the Advance Brampton Fund

Advance Brampton FundLogo

The Advance Brampton Fund is a City of Brampton community granting program that supports the development of the non-profit sector. It provides municipal funding for eligible projects led by Brampton-based non-profit organizations in three areas: Arts and Culture, Community Safety, and Recreation.

The fund aims to strengthen the non-profit sector and support initiatives that help create a vibrant, inclusive and connected community. Eligible organizations are encouraged to review the guidelines, attend an information session and participate in the workshops to prepare for the 2027 funding cycle.

Application period: November 2 to 30, 2026.
