In 2024, the Canadian Urban Transit Association (CUTA) launched the
Transit Code, a national campaign designed to encourage transit etiquette and safety, creating a welcoming and secure environment for everyone on public transit. The Transit Code is built on three core pillars: safety, courtesy and respect.
Brampton Transit encourages following the Rider Guidelines while using our transit services to provide a safe trip for our riders as well as a safe working environment for our employees.
