What should I do if I am involved in an accident?Call your insurance company to determine if you have coverage before entering into any agreement with a tow truck company, car rental company and body repair shop.You have the right to call your own tow company and/or use the services of the driver onsite.You decide where you want the vehicle taken.An Authorization to Tow form must be completed prior to any towing.A Rate sheet must be provided by the tow operator explaining all costs associated with the tow.In the City of Brampton, the Collision Recovery Fee for the 2020 year is $284.00 plus 36.92 (HST)=$320.92.
