Proposed Comprehensive Zoning By-law - Third Draft The Third Draft Comprehensive Zoning By-law is for consultation purposes and is not in effect. The contents of this document are subject to change as a result of further analysis and consultation. Schedules can be viewed on our interactive mapping application. Please submit comments for the Third Draft to CZBReview@brampton.ca by June 2nd, 2025. Responses to comments provided to the first and second draft can be found on our Comment Response Table. Site Exceptions The exception zones (contained in Chapter 12) are provided for public review in conjunction with the Third Draft Zoning By-law. The exception zones provide specialized zone requirements for individual properties, specific neighbourhoods or other defined areas. Please note that the numbering for the exception zones has not been changed from the current Zoning By-law. The section numbers applying to a property can be found by clicking on the property in the interactive mapping application.
