Site Exceptions

The exception zones (contained in Chapter 12) are provided for public review in conjunction with the Third Draft Zoning By-law. The exception zones provide specialized zone requirements for individual properties, specific neighbourhoods or other defined areas. Please note that the numbering for the exception zones has not been changed from the current Zoning By-law. The section numbers applying to a property can be found by clicking on the property in the interactive mapping application​. The number corresponds to the subsection contained in Chapter 12 of the By-law. More information about Site Exceptions can be found in the Explanatory Page.​
