Demolition of Residential Dwellings
Demolition of residential properties in the City of Brampton is regulated by City of Brampton,
By-law No. 203-99, Section 33 of the Planning Act and requires that the Council of the City of Brampton issues a permit for the demolition. To apply for demolition of a residential dwelling online,

Be sure to upload the residential demolition application as part of your online portal application/submission (pages 2 to 5 in the Residential Demolition Package).
Demolition of Accessory/Detached Buildings
Detached or accessory buildings such as farm buildings, sheds, garages, etc. will require a separate application and fee. All detached accessory buildings can be included in one application. Please ensure you include all required documents with your submission. To apply online,
