You must follow the process outlined below to access​ Child Care Subsidy. The City of Brampton will not reimburse registrations that are processed by clients and paid out of pocket prior to receiving approval for Region of Peel funding.

1. Choose the Type of Camp

Select one of the camps from the eligible camp list. Visit City of Brampton | Recreation | Register for Programs for full program information including camp descriptions, dates, times, and locations.

2. Complete the registration forms  

• Complete the Child Care Fee Subsidy Camp Registration Form 
• Email the completed form to both bramptoncamps@peelregion.ca and ROPchildcare@brampton.ca on the same email chain. 
• Once our subsidy support team receives approval from your Children’s Services Worker​ your application will be processed. 
• Please allow five business days for the Region to provide approval of funding to the City. ​

3. Finalize your registration 

Once confirmation of subsidy is received, the City of Brampton staff will confirm the availability of your selected camp(s) and will send you an emailed receipt of registration. If the camp you have requested is not available a City staff member will contact you by phone or email to assist you with selecting an alternate camp.  Please allow an additional five business days for the City to process the registration. ​
