Join us on a fun adventure where you can run, jump, balance and climb on our Ninja, Parkour and Rock Wall courses. Stay fit while getting involved in a new and exciting sport!

Located at Ken Giles Recreation Centre , register for a drop-in and see how many obstacles you can get through or try a registered program with a trained instructor.

Required Equipment

  • Clean indoor, closed toe running shoes
  • No strings on clothing
  • Long hair must be tied back
  • Weight restrictions: minimum 30 lbs, maximum 275 lbs ​


Ninja Parkour Obstacle Course Program

The Ninja Parkour Obstacle Course Program is a structured, level‑based training experience designed to build skills progressively. Participants ages 6–17 begin in Level 1 and may advance to Level 2 based on skill progression and instructor recommendation.

Through guided instruction and increasingly challenging obstacles, youth develop confidence, strength and technique as they work toward long‑term growth. Younger participants ages 4–6 enjoy a general, non‑levelled program that encourages active play and foundational movement skills.​
