Treat Accessibly Trick-Or-Treating Tips

Follow these tips from Treat Accessibly to create a safe environment and provide barrier-free access on Halloween night:

Make sure the path to a trick-or-treating area is well-lit.
Clear driveways and pathways.
Move cars out of the driveway to allow better accessibility for trick-or-treaters.
Create a trick-or-treat station at the end of a driveway, out of a garage or a vehicle’s trunk.
Refrain from using strobe lights or high-pitched, sudden loud noises.
Keep pets safe and secure.
