A decade of Tough Run. Are you in?​

The Brampton Tough Run turns 10 this year! Celebrate with a course made for having fun while you move.

Take on 5km of bootcamp-style obstacles on your own or with a team, each one supervised by staff who can offer modifications if you need them. Whether you are chasing a personal challenge or some friendly competition, this one is built for you.

  • First Heat: 9:30 a.m.
  • Last Heat: 12 p.m.

Fee:

  • Member/Resident Fee: $23.93 + HST
  • Non-Member/Non-Resident Fee: $29.97 + HST

Registration Information:

  • Registration opens Thursday, July 30
  • Registration closes Friday, September 25 at 11 p.m. ​​

​​What to Expect:​

  • ​To mark our 10th year, the first 50 participants to register receive an exclusive Brampton Tough Run branded item.
  • From August 31 to September 25, get a preview of the race stations with mini "try it" demonstrations at select fitness centres across the city.
  • NEW! Visit the Fan Zone! A free space for family and guests, with a fun sized Tough Run challenge for kids 13 and under.
  • Celebrate at the finish line, located across from the curling club, right after the race. 
  • Plus, visit City of Brampton Recreation and community partner booths for giveaways and a chance to explore local services.
  • Come dressed in your toughest attire – colour coordinated, face paint, and/or DIY t-shirts!
  • Participants must be 14 years of age or older and in good health. Please consult your physician before taking part in physical activities.
  • This event is held outdoors, rain or shine, so please dress for the weather. If severe weather occurs the event may be cancelled and participants will be notified by email.
  • Stay tuned for details on food and refreshments closer to the event.

Try-it Station Locations: Try It Stations let you test out the course obstacles at select fitness centres across the city from August 31 to September 25.​
