​Step 6 - Complete and submit an Event Organizer’s Checklist(s)

You must complete and submit one or more of the following depending on the size of your event:

The completed forms must contain the following information, a minimum of fourteen (14) days prior to your event date:​

  • Rental Contract #
  • Liability Insurance Policy #
  • S.O.P #
  • ​Event Staff Names including Smart Serve Certification # for each
  • Security Staff Names including Security Licence # for each​
