For availability or additional information please call 905-874-BOOK (2665) or email facilityrentals@brampton.ca. The Facility Rentals team is available to assist with bookings Monday-Friday 8:30 am – 8 pm. View community halls and rooms available for rent here. View arenas gyms, sports fields available for rent here. Is it possible to rent a port-o-let for my outdoor event?Portable toilet rentals are available through the City of Brampton at an additional fee. To book this service please call 905-874-BOOK (2665) or email facilityrentals@brampton.ca.How can I book a park clean up?To book a park clean up after your event, please call 905-874-2906 and request a service call.What is the fee to rent a particular facility or park space?Council approved fee bylaws can be viewed here. Please call 905-874-BOOK (2665) or email facilityrentals@brampton.ca to complete a booking. Please note fees are reviewed annually and are subject to change. In addition, insurance fees are subject to periodic increases from the City's insurance broker, and may increase between the time a booking is made and the event time. Can I book a pool party?Yes, pools are available for rentals and parties. Please contact your local Community Centre for pool inquires.Can I have an event with alcohol? Yes, events with alcohol are permitted. Please contact your preferred facility for more information on availability and guidelines. Please note: Terry Fox Stadium rentals are made through our Facility Rentals team at 905-874-BOOK (2665) or facilityrentals@brampton.ca What is your refund/cancellation policy?In the event of a cancellation, a minimum of two weeks notice must be given to be issued a refund, minus a 20% non-refundable deposit.
